Orders and acceptance
Submitting an order or completing payment is an offer to purchase, not automatic acceptance. Peptide Prodirect may perform availability, fraud, payment and research-use checks. A contract is formed only when the order is expressly accepted for fulfilment or dispatched. If an order is declined after payment, the payment will be refunded.
Product information
Catalogue images may be illustrative. Identity, vial quantity, storage information and batch documents supplied with the specific product take priority. No scientific reference or catalogue statement is medical advice or a representation of fitness for human or animal use.
Liability and governing law
Nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including applicable rights relating to faulty or misdescribed goods. Subject to mandatory law, these terms are governed by Irish law and disputes are subject to the courts with jurisdiction under applicable rules.
