Order review before dispatch

Every order is subject to product availability, payment confirmation and research-use eligibility review. Payment confirmation does not guarantee dispatch. If an order cannot be accepted, the customer is notified and the applicable payment is refunded.

Destinations and timing

Available destinations and any delivery charge are confirmed during the order process. A delivery estimate is provided when fulfilment is approved. Estimates are not guaranteed dispatch dates, particularly where verification, temperature control, customs or courier disruption applies.

Customer responsibilities

• Provide a complete and accurate delivery address, contact name, postcode and telephone or email contact.
• Ensure the destination permits lawful receipt, storage and use of the ordered materials.
• Pay any import duty, tax or customs charge clearly allocated to the recipient before purchase.
• Inspect the parcel promptly and report visible damage or shortages.

Loss, damage and non-delivery

Peptide Prodirect remains responsible for delivery obligations imposed by applicable law. Report a delayed, lost or damaged shipment to peptideprodirect@gmail.com with the order reference so the courier investigation and appropriate remedy can begin.
